It is the intent of the board to not begin a new application after
10:00 P.M. and to adjourn the meeting by 11:00 P.M.
It is a policy of the Board that individual members of the public may
speak for five minutes on an application, or ten minutes when
representing a group.
Please be advised that there is a no smoking policy in this building.
In the event of an emergency please use the nearest exit.

or place on a silent mode. Also, if you find it necessary to have a
