Voorhees Senior Citizens and Covid Vaccine

Voorhees Township, along with the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services, is offering to help Voorhees SENIORS (age 65 and older) who ALREADY have an appointment scheduled at Camden County College in April or later, for the Covid vaccine, to move their appointment to an earlier date.
The following information will be needed and will be sent to the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services:
* First and Last Name
* Telephone Number
* Date of Birth
* Address
* Current Appointment Date

Please be aware that you will be required to provide personal information and it takes approximately 15 minutes in order to sign up for an appointment.
