Voorhees Township Giangiulio Turf Field Improvements and Public Notice

Voorhees Township is applying for Green Acres Grant funding for improvements at Giangiulio Turf Field.

Public Hearing Announcement

 

PURPOSE: The Township of Voorhees is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for field improvements at Giangiulo Field, located at 1000 Victor Blvd., at the Victor Blvd. and Woodhurst Drive Intersection in Voorhees, New Jersey.

 

PROJECT SCOPE: The Township of Voorhees proposes to create and improve the following new facilities at Giangiulo Field: a newly updated multi-sport turf field. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found at: Voorhees Green Acres Grant 2026.

 

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to

learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on February 23rd, 2026 during the regularly scheduled 7:00 p.m. council meeting. The meeting will be held in person as part of the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Written comments on the
