Types of documents needed for utility outreach: Copy of lease, mortgage or tax letter, most current bill, and any utility-related correspondence, proof of income for all working individuals in household, Social security letter, Child support documents, Disability letter, Unemployment documentation, Survivor Benefit documentation, Alimony documentation, Last 2 pay stubs if you get paid bi-weekly, Last 4 pay stubs if you get paid weekly, all identification cards for household members, social security cards for everyone in household.
