The Voorhees Township Vital Statistics Office processes the registration of all births, deaths, marriages and civil unions that occur in Voorhees Township. This page contains instructions and applications to obtain a marriage license/certificate, civil union license/certificate, birth certificate and death certificate.
Applications may be downloaded, completed and forwarded to us by mail or submitted in person.
It is highly recommended that applicants arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before Town Hall closes to provide ample processing time for all requests.
All applications received within 30 minutes of Town Hall’s closing must be paid with CASH ONLY.
