Holiday Fund Drive

The Voorhees Township Police Department will once again raise money to help those in need through the Voorhees Police Holiday Fund.

As in years past, they are currently searching for families to help through this wonderful tradition. Letters of request will be accepted and local families will be chosen. Each year Police Department staff receives monetary donations from local businesses, organizations and residents. Once the families are chosen, our women and men in blue collect wish lists, shop, wrap, and deliver the gifts to the families.

Letters to recommend a family should be sent to Stephanie Fowler at sfowler@vtpd.com or mailed to the address below.

To allow adequate time for organizing and shopping, the letters should be submitted by Nov.  15.

**The Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club is now accepting nominations for Voorhees Business Person of the Year, Voorhees Citizen of the Year, Voorhees First Responder of the Year and Voorhees Selfless Student of the Year. The deadline for nominations is Oct. 25.
